My consulting work is not continuous coaching or standing meetings. It is targeted, asynchronous intervention: I step in when a project needs clarity, structure, or alignment — then I step out so the team keeps ownership.

This page outlines the shape of the offer: how missions work, how Fleep Points give priority, and how slots will open. A detailed intake form and booking flow will be added later.

Types of missions

These are the categories I work with. Each mission is scoped, asynchronous and focused on high-impact clarity.

Project diagnosis & re-alignment
Identifying where intention, design and production have drifted — and restoring coherence.
Applying the frameworks
Using Structure of Play, EVI/DVI, Intentional Authorship or your mission templates to analyse or strengthen a project.
Template or curriculum adaptation
Helping a school, incubator or studio adapt Feelou’s mission templates or teaching flows to their context.
Critical reviews
Deep written review of intention, scope, design clarity or production flow — always tied back to your stated goals.

None of these replace the team’s voice. I work to reveal structure, not override authorship.

Fleep Points

Fleep Points give priority and better rates when requesting consulting missions. They exist to reward consistent support without turning consulting into an always-open service.

• Earned through the highest Patreon tier.
• Accumulate over time and never expire.
• Used only when requesting limited consulting slots.
• Do not have a fixed cash value — they shape priority, not currency.

This keeps consulting rare, focused and fair — aligned with how I’ve always worked with teams and creators.

How missions work

A mission is a short, intense window of analysis and guidance.

Asynchronous – you send material, context, questions; I respond with structured analysis.
Time-bound – missions are contained. No subscriptions, no “always on”.
Evidence-based – I work with what exists: documents, builds, frameworks, intentions.
Outcome-oriented – each mission ends with a synthesis and recommended next steps.

The goal is not to manage your project — it is to strengthen its architecture so you can manage it better.
